How Nomad Vitality works depends on the event's location and scale. Local community partners work on a collaboration basis. Events involving travel or multi-day commitments are a booked hire.

WHO'S BEHIND IT

Tom Dunn has practiced heat and cold exposure therapy for five years. A transformative mobile sauna experience by the ocean in Ireland inspired him to bring this concept to Australia.

Adding cold plunge capabilities allows year-round access to contrast therapy without ocean dependency — bringing the benefits of this ancient practice to communities across Sydney.
