ABOUT NOMAD VITALITY
I'm Tom, founder of Nomad Vitality. After a decade exploring health and wellbeing, I experienced firsthand how cold plunge, sauna, breathwork, and movement transformed my mental health and quality of life. I wanted to bring more of that into the world. Nomad Vitality is my way of making contrast therapy more convenient and accessible to Sydney and Greater NSW businesses and communities.

How does the mobile trailer work?
We deliver our fully-equipped trailer to your location with everything needed—sauna, cold plunge, shower, and trained staff to guide your experience.
What are the setup and pack down times?
Setup takes approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour, and pack down is around 45 minutes. We handle everything so you can focus on your event.
What should I bring?
Just bring swimwear, a water bottle, and a large towel for drying off. We provide sitting towels and all the equipment you need.
